Bridal Fitting Requirements:
For scheduled bridal fittings, please bring the following items if you are intending to wear them with your dress.
- Slip or Petticoat
- Bustier
- The Right Height Shoes
- Veil (Optional)
- Bra cups - almost always available at the shop
Otherwise, we won't be able to provide you with an accurate fitting the first time. For your convenience, we may have an in-house sample slip and bustier for you to try. Please call our shop prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure your size is available. This will make your fittings run more smoothly.

You bought a dress but it's not exactly the style you envisioned for your wedding day? Thinking about wearing your Mom's dress but it needs major changes? Possibly adding full sleeves, embellishments or want to make it your own design? Whether it's a boho or Elegant look , your final destination is to talk to a seamstress that has the expertise to make your dream dress come to life. Gemma is the only one that can do it. She'll walk you through the process and make recommendations.
Estimates for Alterations
Please call us at (480) 899-2736 for an appointment for an in-person only estimate. In order to give accurate pricing estimates for alteration charges on bridal gowns or formal dresses, we need to see the actual garment on you.
Alteration Charges
Alterations are highly individualized and tailored to your specific needs, charges may vary based on how complex or simple the alteration is for your garment. Please note, the amount you paid for the garment has nothing to do with actual alteration costs.
Alteration Payment Terms
Due to the high amount of abandoned alterations, payment is required in advance for alteration charges before any work is started. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, or Check.
FYI: Alterations left in excess of 90 days are donated to Charity!!
